The Madonna Comes To Santa Maria
Santa Maria: A city on the Central coast of California that bears the name of Saint Mary, the Mother of Jesus, the Mother of All mankind. This book is a first volume and an introductory account of the Madonna's call to her children there. They have prayed, awakened and listened; they have taken to heart what they believe to be a providential plan. This community of believers, whom Fr. Rene Laurentin calls the "Middle class of Sanctity" and the Poor of Yahweh, has been favored with prophecies, visions and locutions since 1976. In April of 1988 (in a loction to Carol Nole) the Madonna asked for a 75 foot cross to be erected overlooking the Santa Maria Valley and identified Santa Maria as "My city of Peace". Two years later, on march 24,1990, she began appearing to Barbara Matthias under the title "Our Lady of the Immaculate heart". During one of the apparitions she lovingly said: .....I want Santa Maria to be different than most other places...I want no heart in Santa Maria to be a place pleasing to my Son...Let its inhabitants live as an example of me whose name your city bears...My Children, my plan is for Peace, help me bring Peace to other by the example of your lives. 176 pages
